FINAL DAY Thanksgiving
Bible reading: Psalm 138, Psalm 86:12
Psalm 138
1 I will praise you, LORD, with all my heart;
before the “gods” I will sing your praise.
2 I will bow down toward your holy temple
and will praise your name
for your unfailing love and your faithfulness,
for you have so exalted your solemn decree
that it surpasses your fame.
3 When I called, you answered me;
you greatly emboldened me.
4 May all the kings of the earth praise you, LORD,
when they hear what you have decreed.
5 May they sing of the ways of the LORD,
for the glory of the LORD is great.
6 Though the LORD is exalted, he looks kindly on the lowly;
though lofty, he sees them from afar.
7 Though I walk in the midst of trouble,
you preserve my life.
You stretch out your hand against the anger of my foes;
with your right hand you save me.
8 The LORD will vindicate me;
your love, LORD, endures forever—
do not abandon the works of your hands.Psalm 86:12

4 Take delight in the Lord, and he will give you your heart’s desires.Matthew 6:33
33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.Jeremiah 29:11-14
11 For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.
12 Then shall ye call upon me, and ye shall go and pray unto me, and I will hearken unto you.
13 And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart.
14 And I will be found of you, saith the Lord: and I will turn away your captivity, and I will gather you from all the nations, and from all the places whither I have driven you, saith the Lord; and I will bring you again into the place whence I caused you to be carried away captive.
God’s will
We continue pray and bring this day our heart desires in God’s hands. We pray that God’s will be done in the year 2016. God allows us to make choices, and if we are yielded to Him, He has ways of preventing wrong choices.
Set a goal towards the year 2016. As you press towards the goals that you have set, pray and submit all your request to God. Tell God about the things you want to see happening in your life in 2016. Everything that you want and need, bring it to God. For example your school, work, Christian life, relationship with God, dreams, finances etc. Everything bring it before God and pray that God’s will for your life comes to pass in 2016. Jeremiah 29:11 ” I alone know the plans I have for you, plans to bring you prosperity and not disaster, plans to bring about the future you hope for. Amen! For each one of us there is a purpose for our life. Know that Gods love is so deep for us, that in all things, we should know that at the end He has a good purpose for us. Let your heart seek God today. Read the promises He made. Surrender your heart completely to Him and allow Him to fill your with His love.
Prayer points
1. Lord help me know what’s important in life.
2. Help me to seek they Kingdom first.
3. Let this day be the day that I will experience your love again in my life.

DAY 5 Friends, family, ministry
Bible reading: Isaiah 54:17, Ephesians 1:3-6, Job 42:10
Isaiah 54:17 (KJV)
17 No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is of me, saith the Lord.Ephesians 1:3-6 (KJV)
3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ:
4 According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love:
5 Having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will,
6 To the praise of the glory of his grace, wherein he hath made us accepted in the beloved.Job 42:10 (KJV)
10 And the Lord turned the captivity of Job, when he prayed for his friends: also the Lord gave Job twice as much as he had before.
Our heritage in the Lord. Heritage is a status required by a person through birth or adoption. For God has predestinated us unto adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself. The father has adopted us and thereby we have the right of the inheritance of everlasting life with our Lord Jesus Christ (read Ephesians 1:3-6)
The bible says to those who believe in his name, he gave the right to become children and servants of God. No weapon therefore that is formed against us will prevail and every tongue that accuses us will not stand declares the Lord al mighty. Amen
Prayer points
Set this day apart and pray for your friends and family. Commit them into the blood of Jesus and pray for Gods protection for them in the year to come. Pray also for the church and for your ministry. Whatever you want to do to help spread the gospel, bring in the hands of God.
Thursday 3 December 2015
DAY 4 Bible study and partner
Bible reading: Joshua 1:8
Joshua 1:8 (KJV)
8 This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success.
Bible study & Partner
Today whiles you are praying and fasting, try to open your bible and study something about God. Watch videos on YouTube. Worship songs, take a look at de devotions on the church App, Preaching’s, etc. Pray also for your Partner.
This book of the Law that the Holy Scripture is talking about is the Word of the Living God..
Just as God is commanding Joshua His servant to keep His word and do what it says, so that it may be well with him in everything that he will do, likewise is He commanding his children to be obedience to His Word , so that we may be prosperous in everything that we will do. Because disobedience to God’s Word will prevent us from God’s purpose for our lives. But, if we learn the word of God and apply it to our daily lives , then we will be successful in everything that we will do and His divine purpose will be accomplished in our lives.
Prayer points:
1.Pray that God will give you the desire to go deep into His word
2 Pray that God will open your understanding about His word.
3.Praythat He will grant you the required strength to be the doers of His word.
4.Pray that God will open the eyes of those who are in darkness to see the glorious light of our Lord Jesus (His only begotten Son)..
5. Pray also for your Partner.
Wednesday 2 December 2015
DAY 3 Worship
Bible reading: Exodus 33, 1 Samuel 2:2, Psalm 73:25-26, 1 Chronicles 16:23-29
Read Exodus 33
We mostly get caught in the feeling that, we need to praise God only when things are going well in our life. That is a wrong approach to life. We tend to only praise God when; we pass exams, get a new job, it’s our birthday, etc.
Praise and worship does some wonderful things that we overlook. Remember the walls of Jericho was brought down because of the sound of the trumpet and the shouts (praise) to the Lord.
In this life, we will still face both and blessings and troubles, joy and grief, successes and obstacles, but throughout it all, God is on our side, guiding, encouraging, comforting and caring.
Moses understood how great our God is and what His presence in our lives mean. And for this reason we need to praise him every day. Today, let your heart be filed with worship and worship Him from your heart.
Today we worship You, Oh Lord.
For You are worthy to be praised.
There is nothing greater than spending time in Your presence, because in Your presence there is fullness of joy, strength and everything we need. As we surrender ourselves to You this day, all we want to say is Aba Father Your worthy. We lift Your name into the highest place, may Your name be exalted forever. For there is none greater than You. Amen.
Prayer Point:
Worship the lord in all his holy splendor.
For He is Alpha and Omega,
Worthy to be praised.
1 Samuel 2:2 (NLT)
No one is holy like the Lord!
There is no one besides you;
there is no Rock like our God.
Psalm 73:25-26 (NLT)
25 Whom have I in heaven but you?
I desire you more than anything on earth.
26 My health may fail, and my spirit may grow weak,
but God remains the strength of my heart;
he is mine forever.
1 Chronicles 16:23-29New Living Translation (NLT)
23 Let the whole earth sing to the Lord!
Each day proclaim the good news that he saves.
24 Publish his glorious deeds among the nations.
Tell everyone about the amazing things he does.
25 Great is the Lord! He is most worthy of praise!
He is to be feared above all gods.
26 The gods of other nations are mere idols,
but the Lord made the heavens!
27 Honor and majesty surround him;
strength and joy fill his dwelling.
28 O nations of the world, recognize the Lord,
recognize that the Lord is glorious and strong.
29 Give to the Lord the glory he deserves!
Bring your offering and come into his presence.
Worship the Lord in all his holy splendor.

DAY 2 Forgiveness
Bible reading: 1 Samuel 13:1-15, 2 Samuel 2:1, 2 Samuel 5:19,23&25
Read 1 Samuel 13:1-15
2 Samuel 2:1 (KJV)
2 And it came to pass after this, that David enquired of the Lord, saying, Shall I go up into any of the cities of Judah? And the Lord said unto him, Go up. And David said, Whither shall I go up? And he said, Unto Hebron.2 Samuel 5:19,23,25 (KJV)
19 And David enquired of the Lord, saying, Shall I go up to the Philistines? wilt thou deliver them into mine hand? And the Lord said unto David, Go up: for I will doubtless deliver the Philistines into thine hand.
23 And when David enquired of the Lord, he said, Thou shalt not go up; but fetch a compass behind them, and come upon them over against the mulberry trees.
25 And David did so, as the Lord had commanded him; and smote the Philistines from Geba until thou come to Gazer.
Forgiveness
When we read 1 Samuel 13:1-15 we read how Saul was battling filled with good courage and how he gained victory. Then Samuel the prophet delivered a message to Saul, that he should wait upon the Lord for 7 days. This was the agreement he had made.
Saul did what he was told, but how did he do it?
He didn’t looked up to God, he didn’t prayed, neither praised Him.
During those 7 days he kept looking at his circumstances. He looked upon how afraid and impatiently his men were. How they were shaken and started slowly walking away. He was thinking about the mighty army of the Philistines and how they could attack at any moment. He was thinking; what is keeping Samuel?
This resulted him in taking matters into his own hands and making the decision to break the agreement with Samuel ( and so also with God).
Prayer points:
Maybe you were in a situation where God told you to wait upon Him. How did you corresponded? With anger, annoyed, sarcastic, bitterd, or just like Job; you wanted to teach God a lesson, because you knew better than Him and went your own way.
1. Think about the situation (quietly, in the presence of God). What did God told you? Upon what should you wait?
2. Think about your behaviour, your thoughts towards God, your emotions, your frustrations.
3. Now all your emotions, your behaviour, confess it to God and ask for forgiveness.
Let your behaviour resemble David. He threw himself upon God, continually seeking His guidance.
